If you have a bird with a bad attitude it could be that he is not getting enough sleep.

Bird cage covers can help your bird get his desired rest. Place the bird cage cover over his cage at around 9.00pm each night and he will sleep until around 9.00am the next day when you remove it.

Parrots are very like humans and if they are deprived of sleep they are going to act differently. Give them 10 - 12 hours of sleep and they will thrive and their behavour will be become much more pleasant.
