- Once the chosen site is prepared, lay down the Weedex membrane. In windy conditions peg or weight down the Weedex membrane.
- Layout the required number of grids, 6 for a 6'×4' (1.8m × 1.2m) building, 12 for a 8'×6' (2.4m × 1.8m) building. Once 4 corners of the grids are together a locking peg can be pushed into place or place all grids down and finally lock in place.
- Each grid is symmetrical. The locating lugs sit one on top of the other. Simply place the first grid and check the position of the locating lug. The next grid's locating lug will be its opposite. The locking peg will ensure all are correct.
- With all grids in place, the HAWKLOK base is now ready for your garden building to be erected as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- After your garden building has been built, if required, trim any excess Weedex membrane with a knife.
- Your fully completed garden building is now ready to use.
