Just wanted to say a big "thank you" for your service. I received a prompt call-back to the message I left and a follow-up from the manufacturer to explain an assembly query.

As to the product: the RJL puppy/animal play pen is great - sturdy, well made, very competitively priced, stows away easily and good looking enough to use indoors. (I need it to block off a potentially hazardous part of the kitchen as an open-ended barrier, so that the pup can have the run of the rest of the room.) Oh, and delivery incredibly fast.

I am a lady pensioner so I was a bit apprehensive when I saw it was flat packed, but it was so clear and easy to assemble that I think you need complimenting on it. I ordered a De-Luxe Apex Dog Kennel which arrived within 3 days as promised. I found it well finished and very easy to assemble with the end product being better than anticipated. Chrome screws and bolts were provided and all fitted exactly through the pre-drilled holes. I bought the middle size which provides my two Jack Russels with a lovely garden house.
