Description

Java Tabletop Bird Tree Large - Suitable for Macaws, Large Cockatoos African Greys, Amazons etc

Java Trees are individual, attractive, hand-made perches. They are produced from Coffee Trees grown in Indonesia and only 1 out of every 100 plantation trees is acceptable as being the correct size and shape to be ideal for Parrots.

Once the coffee tree has become dormant, after years of coffee production, it is de-barked, cleaned, hand-sanded and finally oven-baked before it is matched to a hand-carved base. This whole process takes around a month to ensure only the highest quality perches.
