This top-of-the-range, 2-storey, apex-roofed playhouse features:

• A large single door (596mmW x 1410mmH) with diamond-shaped window
• Internal stairs to a part first floor
• 2 Georgian-style windows with mock shutters  (1 single, 1 double) on front
• Large window box
• Supplied with a 2' verandah as standard (included in the size)

Quality Construction

• Manufactured from high quality Redwood Pine timber. 
• 45x27mm framing throughout
• 12mm thick shiplap cladding
• Smoothed, rounded and sanded edges
• Door has extra framing which improves strength and combats excess twisting and warping.
• Adjustable catch as standard.
• Rubberised 'no-trap' hinges to the door
• Safety Perspex glazing on windows
• Safety rails and steps (not ladders)
• Treated inside and out with a high quality spirit-based preservative colour treatment.
• Manufactured to the British Safety Standard BS5665 and Europeansafety standard EN71.
