• Constructed on 40 x 35 mm framework
• Clad in 16mm T & G shiplap
• 16mm T & G timber on roof and floor
• High draught shield around bottom of run
• External height approx. 65" at front and approx. 60" at back
• Overhang measures 3.5" all round
• Roof is felted in Heavy Duty Mineral Roofing Felt
• Quality Galvanised 12 gauge Dog Mesh, 2" square
• 50mm galvanised welded mesh
• Full roof and 2 access doors - solid door into sleeping area & solid door into run (as shown)
• Door to run can be positioned on SHORT SIDE or LONG SIDE - please choose from drop down menu
• Both doors fitted with 3 galvanised hinges and galvanised padbolts - will not rust
• Pop hole in internal divide panel measures 35cmW x 50cmH/ 14"W x 20"H - can be made larger if required
• Hand treated with a high quality spirit based preservative - Maintenance Free for 1 year
